JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur, is a State Private University established through “The JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur Act, 2011 (Act No. 19 of 2011)” by the State Legislature of Rajasthan and covered under section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956.
The University is approved under section 10(23C) (vi) and 80G (5) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Further, the University is recognized as Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO) by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, New Delhi.
