• Ensure communication between the Department of Student Affairs and the student community on matters of housing, dining, and transportation.
• Assist in timely resolution of student complaints concerning the overall college experience.
• Compile comments and suggestions in this matter for appropriate action and effective resolution.
• Encourage constructive dialogue between various student communities on campus.

Work together to ensure better standards of the facilities and services offered on campus.

• Participate in routine meetings with the Department of Student Affairs and distribute the MOM to all participants.
