The Committee of Student Mentoring and Success organized a Poster Making Competition on October 1, 2024, at the IM Amphitheatre from 4.00 pm to 5.00pm. The theme of the competition was “The Importance of Mentorship,” aiming to highlight the vital role mentors play in shaping the lives of students and individuals through creative expression.

The primary objective of the competition was to provide students with an opportunity to express their ideas about mentorship through art. The competition emphasized creativity and the participants’ understanding of mentorship’s significance in personal and academic growth. The competition saw a vibrant turnout with 12 teams of students from different disciplines, each presenting their unique take on the theme. Registration was coordinated by Simran Kodwani and Rumani Aeron, who ensured that all participants were guided and had their details recorded.

A panel of judges (Mrs. Shraddha Bharatiya, Dr. Monika Soni and Ms. Aastha Gohil) assessed the posters based on creativity, relevance to the theme, and overall impact. The competition concluded with the announcement of winner Kanika Maheshwari (2023BBA022) & Niharika Adhikari (2023BBA037) and runner -up Kavisha Gupta (2022BBA049), who received exciting cash prizes of INR 1000 & 500 respectively as tokens of appreciation for their efforts.
