About

Dr. Megha Sahu earned her Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg, Chhattisgarh (CSVTU Bhilai), India, in 2012. She received her M.Tech. degree in Communication Systems from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, in 2015. She completed her Doctor of Philosophy at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhilai in 2022.She served as a visiting researcher at the ABB Research and Innovation Centre, Bangalore, India, and undertook a two-month internship as part of her PhD program. With funding from SERB, Government of India, for her PhD work, she continued as a research associate at IIT Bhilai. During this period, she collaborated with industries on product-level implementation and participated in standardization activities with TSDSI, India, as a member of the SGSS Group. Dr. Sahu is a member of IEEE and IEEE ComSoc and actively serves as a reviewer for the prestigious IEEE Future Networks conference. Her research interests span wireless communication and computer networks, with expertise in multi-access systems and protocols, traffic engineering, network coding, mobility management, optimization and reinforcement learning techniques, stochastic processes, queuing theory, systems architecture, telehealth, use case analysis, real-world network implementation, test cases, and product-level implementation. Dr. Sahu has published her research in reputable international journals and conferences (SCI/SCIE indexed), including Springer, IETE, Taylor & Francis, and IEEE.
