About

Dr. Ashish Jain is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur since August 2025. He has about 19 years of teaching experience. He completed B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Madhya Pradesh, India in 2002, and M.E. (CSE) with distinction from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, India in 2008. He earned his Ph.D. (CSE) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Indore, India in 2018. In his academic career, he has taught Data Structures and Algorithms, Cryptography, Design and Analysis of Algorithms, C Programming Language, and Soft Computing at engineering institutions in India. His current research interests include evolutionary computation and cryptology. In his career, he has published more than 40 research papers in reputed journals and conference proceedings. He has 3 patents published and 3 patents granted in his name. He is a member of IEEE and a lifetime member of the soft computing research society of India. For presenting the research papers in the international conferences abroad, he has also been awarded the prestigious Microsoft Research Travel Grant two times in the year 2015 and 2016.
