Amar Nath Patra

Biography

Dr. Amar Nath Patra holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, bringing over a decade of combined academic and corporate experience to his role. Prior to joining JKLU, he worked as an Assistant Professor in the School of Computing and Information Sciences at Radford University in Virginia, USA. His research contributions include publications in the areas of UAV networks, Secure Distributed Machine Learning (ML), and the Metaverse. Bridging the gap between theory and practice, Dr. Patra previously worked in the industry as a Lead Engineer at HCL Technologies and a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies. He is also a Cisco and AWS Certified Instructor, reflecting a deep expertise in both theoretical and applied computing.
