JK Lakshmipat University conducted SANKALP 2027, a two-day residential leadership conclave at The Palace Aravali, Jaipur, on April 23-24 to align institutional vision with actionable strategy.

Day 1 focused on strategic orientation, including organizational transformation, SWOT analysis, and the three-year roadmap, followed by syndicate-based workshops to identify key priorities.

Day 2 emphasized operational alignment, with institutes and departments presenting their status, challenges, and one-year action plans aligned to the JKLU 2027 vision.

The conclave concluded with a synthesis by Dr. V. P. Singh, reinforcing accountability, execution discipline, and shared ownership.
