JKLU hosted a campus engagement session by Xebia on 9th May at the University Amphitheatre for B.Tech Computer Science students. The session was conducted by Gunjan Saini, General Manager – Talent Development at Xebia, and focused on empowering students with industry insights, emerging technology trends, and career guidance in the AI-driven software engineering domain.

The session highlighted key industry trends including AI and automation, Cloud Native technologies, DevOps, Data Analytics, and digital transformation across sectors. Students were introduced to the growing importance of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and remote collaboration tools in modern workplaces.

Interactive activities and workshops formed an important part of the engagement, encouraging teamwork, collaborative problem-solving, and communication skills essential for global consultancy roles. Students also gained insights into recruiter expectations, continuous learning, and the importance of building a strong professional profile aligned with evolving industry demands.
