A dedicated in-house resource who can independently manage both production and post-production work and ensure faster turnaround timelines.

Experience Required: 3–5 years (minimum)

Key Responsibilities

• Professional video shooting for university events, academic activities, interviews, and promotional campaigns
• Strong understanding of camera functionality, lighting, framing, and audio capture
• End-to-end video editing and quick turnaround of deliverables
• Creation of social media-ready videos (reels, shorts, promos, testimonials, event recaps)

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience operating professional cameras and equipment
• Strong proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut or equivalent)
• Ability to independently handle shoots and post-production workflow

Good to Have (Preferred)

• Knowledge of After Effects / motion graphics / basic animation (this would be a strong advantage)

• Relevant experience and domain expertise – Candidates should have demonstrable experience aligned with the scope and expectations of the role.

• Quality of work portfolio – The portfolio should reflect the level of work and capabilities required for the position.

• Ability and willingness to take up the expected assignments – Candidates should be comfortable with the nature of work and assignments involved in the role.
