On May 4, 2022, the Institute of Design at JK Lakshmipat University organized an interactive session of ThoughtSpot, a platform to share and inspire through stories and experiences. The speaker for this session was Mr Sajith Ansar, CEO and Founder of Idea Spice, which is an award-winning Dubai-based boutique design firm that has added innovation and business thinking as key ingredients to rapidly grow local businesses. Forbes Middle East has listed him as one of the Top 100 Indian business leaders in the Arab World for three years in a row. The session entailed an inspiring lecture for design students on the professional experiences that Mr Sajith had while starting his design career. He shared advice on ‘What not to do when you start your design firm as well as other fun stories. The one-hour event culminated with an interesting question and answer round where the students asked for inputs and advice on their ambitions
