On the occasion of World Environment Day, a Plantation Drive was organised both in house and out of campus, on June 4, 2022. At the campus, Prof. Sanghi and Dr. Goel inaugurated the drive by first planting trees on campus and later students also joined.  Along with planting trees, 5-6 bird feeders were also installed on campus. JKLU students collaborated with Mahindrra SEZ for an off-campus tree plantation drive. 30 students and 10 faculty/staff went to Mahindra SEZ campus and planted more than 80 trees.
