Blood Donation Camp
According to the World Health Organisation, blood transfusion can potentially save several lives. The patients suffering from life-threatening medical conditions need transfusions on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the majority of them do not have access to safe blood. Their lives can be saved and life expectancy can be enhanced by blood donation.
Here, it is pertinent to mention that blood donation not only helps save lives, but it also has many health benefits for the donors as well.
On 20th June, 2022, JKLU organised a Blood Donation camp on campus to commemorate the 89 th  birth anniversary of Late Shri Hari Shankar Ji Singhania.
Students, who wished to become a part of this noble cause participated in the event with great zeal and enthusiasm. Transport facility between Jaipur city and JKLU campus was arranged from a single pickup and drop point in the city at Narayan Singh Centre. Many students were accompanied by their family members to be a part of the event. The donors were given Donor Cards to acknowledge their participation.
