Leadership in business does not come only from the knowledge of management; equally important is to build an entrepreneurial mind-set, and what are considered 21st century skills: the ability to think critically, to collaborate, to communicate ideas, to solve-problems creatively and to integrate knowledge and ideas from different disciplines and apply them to a situation.
At the Institute of Management, JKLU we focus on developing future leaders who have a solid grounding in the foundational areas of management: Marketing, Finance, Organisation, Strategy, Operations and benefit from the unique inter-disciplinary environment that the University offers with access to courses, resources and fellow students across business, technology and design. Students also acquire critical life skills through the Centre of Communication and Critical Thinking (CCCT).Â
