Dr. Sumit Kulshrestha offers more than sixteen (16+) years of experience as an academician, administrator, and startups mentor. He began his professional career in HDFC Group in the banking and insurance sectors. Before transitioning to academia. In 2009, he became a research associate at BIT MESRA, Ranchi, Jaipur-Ext, and was later upgraded to lecturer status. Before Joining, JK Lakshmipat University he was employed by Mody University of Science and Technology as an Assistant Professor in Senior Scale.
As academician, he has participated and presented research article in international and national conference, undertake one minor project from DST-NIMAT on Entrepreneurship in 2019, organized Four (4) boot-camps andworkshops on startups in association with Startup Oasis, istart-GoR, workshop and mentoring session on startups at Mody University. He was organizing secretary of ICSSR sponsored Conference in 2016. He is well acquainted with statistical & Programming tools like STATA, SYSTAT-13, SPSS and R. As an administrator, he was holding multiple positions Assistant Director: IQAC-MUST (2017-19), NAAC Criteria 7 University Coordinator-MUST, NIRF and AICTE Coordinator, and Convenor: Institution Innovation Council-MUST.
