Powerful Diagnostics aimed at identifying opportunities for improvement in throughput, quality, and costs in manufacturing operations.
Capability Building Workshops to develop operational talent in aspects such as lean operations, reliability excellence, statistical process control, process capability, problem-solving tools, and performance dialogues.
Operations Excellence Assessment and Benchmarking against global standards in operating systems, organisational standards, quality criteria, and people & culture.
Facilitation for Global Awards such as Deming Grand Prize and TPM Excellence Award.
