JK Lakshmipat University is dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive environment where staff, faculty, and students can work collaboratively without fear of violence, harassment, exploitation, or intimidation. This commitment extends to all forms of gender violence, sexual harassment, and discrimination based on sex or gender. In alignment with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, the university has established the POSH Internal Complaint Committee.
The primary aim of this committee is to establish guidelines for protection against sexual harassment, ensure the fundamental right to work with dignity, and effectively address and resolve complaints related to such issues.
