Dr. Punam Mishra is Associate Professor at Institute of Management, JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur. She is actively involved in teaching, training and research. She is Post-Graduate with Marketing Specialization and has been awarded Ph.D. from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.  She has about 18 years of work experience both in the industry as well as in academics. Dr. Mishra has designed and conducted training programmes/sessions on the topics related with marketing and communication skills.


She has been teaching Post-Graduate and Doctoral Level students of Business Management and Rural Management for the last 17 years, with the focus area of Marketing. She has held various administrative positions like BBA Placement Coordinator, BBA Program Coordinator, Head of the Department (Marketing) and Faculty Coordinator in her academic career. She has presented her research work in number of National and International conferences organized by IIM- Indore, Management Development Institute (MDI), IIM- Nagpur, IIM- Amritsar, Institute of Management, Nirma University; Delhi School of Economics, BITS, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia, and Mahidol University, Thailand.


She has published various research articles in International and National Journals. She has participated and organized various seminars, conferences and workshops. She has received award for her research papers at National Conference.  She is a member of Indian Society for Training and Development. Her area of interest for Research, Training and Consultancy includes Consumer Behavior, Integrated Marketing Communication, Customer Engagement and Retention Strategies, and Digital Marketing.


Born, brought-up and married in the Pink-city, Jaipur, Dr. Mishra views herself as someone who is intensely passionate about her craft.
