Education

  • PhD, Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.
  • M.Sc. (Mathematics), Ramjas College, Delhi University.
  • B.Sc. (Hon.) in Mathematics, Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi.

Experience

Dr. Manushi Gupta is Assistant Professor in the Department of Science and Liberal Arts at the Institute of Engineering and Technology, JKLU. She is an alumnus of IIT, BHU where she did her PhD under the supervision of Prof. Santwana Mukhopadhyay from IIT (BHU), Varanasi. She has published five papers as the first author in a number of reputed international journals and co-authored three research articles.

Her area of interest lies in Mathematical Modelling on Coupled Thermomechanical Problems. Prior to joining the JKLU faculty, she was associated with Trivium Education Services Private Limited as an online tutor and subject matter expert. She believes in composite learning and thinks of teaching as a mutual process of knowledge exchange between students and teachers. She sees herself as a competent faculty member and an aspiring researcher in future.
