Dr. Kshitiz Verma, associate professor, JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur is a SERB TARE fellow at IIT Kanpur. Kshitiz holds a B.Tech. in computer science and engineering from IIT Kanpur, MS and Ph.D. in Telematics Engineering from University Carlos III of Madrid, Spain. Kshitiz also holds a Bahcelor of law degree (LLB) from Rajasthan University. His research interests include applications of AI to law and AI regulations. Kshitiz also serves as an eminent faculty member at CDTI Jaipur, a Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India institution. He serves as a faculty member at various state police academies as well. His research paper on the e-Courts project is a part of the curriculum for training of High Court judges at the National Judicial Academy, Bhopal since the year 2019. Kshitiz is also a member of the advisory board of a project on the EU AI Act at the University of Cambridge, UK.
