The Institute of Management, in association with IIM Udaipur, organized the Management Development Program (MDP) on CSR: Capability Building for Social Impact for executives of JKO.
A total of 27 participants from various group companies of JKO, such as JK Lakshmi Cement, JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., JK Paper, JK Fenner and Sparsh attended the program. Dr. Lokanath Mishra from the Institute of Management, JKLU was also nominated to attend the same.
The event commenced with a welcome address by Prof. Dheeraj Sanghi, Vice Chancellor, JKLU, followed by the inaugural address delivered by Smt. Vinitaji Singhania. Shri Prem Singh, President – Group HR set the context of the programme and briefed the audience about the 2-day event. Dr. Ashwini Sharma proposed the vote of thanks. The MDP was conducted by the faculty members from IIM Udaipur; namely, Prof. Pradeep Hota, Prof. Prateek Sharma and Prof. Vijay Ganapathy.
