The Institute of Management organized an industrial visit for the BBA VI Semester students enrolled in the course 'Run Your Venture' on March 18, 2025, at MIIC, MNIT.
A total of 50 students, accompanied by the faculty coordinator Dr. Sheetal Mundra, departed at 10:30 AM and returned by 3:00 PM. The visit served as a valuable opportunity for students to engage with startup founders and gain first-hand insights into the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Mr. Sanjay Gour, Manager at MIIC, MNIT, conducted an introductory session highlighting the mission and operations of MIIC. He shared several success stories of incubated startups and elaborated on the rigorous registration process for startups as well as the extensive support system provided by MIIC.
An inspiring session was delivered by Mr. Girish, Founder of CLIC - Care Leaver Inner Circle, where he shared his journey in building a socially-driven enterprise. His story offered students a meaningful perspective on social entrepreneurship and its impact.
Students also had the opportunity to tour various startup workspaces within MIIC, giving them a closer look at the day-to-day functioning of incubated ventures.
The visit was an enriching learning experience and was coordinated by Dr. Sheetal Mundra and Mr. Paritosh, Associate Manager, AIC.
